Try calling them maybe, or seeing on their website if they have a help desk to explain your situation.0

it says i can appeal, but have read online 99% get rejected.its an honest mistake badge was displayed...just not on the dash, but i dont see any law in saying it should be placed on the dash?0

Presumably you found the template appeal when you read the top thread before posting? So why would anyone on this forum say they are not sure what to do, unless maybe they haven't read the sticky thread.
Oh - I see you have missed the top thread then which tells you every POPLA appeal on this forum wins...I suggest you stop asking questions and start reading the top thread.it says i can appeal, but have read online 99% get rejected.its an honest mistake badge was displayed...just not on the dash, but i dont see any law in saying it should be placed on the dash?PRIVATE 'PCN'? Do not phone UKPC, if you have read the forum you will realise you are wasting your time, the attendant is on a bonus scheme, UKPC are not interested in your appeal, your mistakes, or your badge, only your money.
The "mistake" with your reg number is another one of their scams to make you contact them so they get contact from the driver and don't need to pay for your details from the DVLA.
Follow the advice on here and don't get sucked into the scam, it's not a fine or penalty either!0 -
no need to be like that! i did read some of it i didnt see my concern in what i was reading,so i asked.simple...if you dont like it suggest you go bother someone else...instead my 1st post have this crap, you should no better.0

You have just admitted you read SOME of the information then were rude to the very person who spent hundreds of hours writing that information for people like you.
I suggest you go back and read the Sticky thread for Newbies written by an unpaid volunteer and then you might just realise how much effort she has put in so YOU don't have to.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

No need to be rude - I am amazed people don't read the top thread when it's as easy as reading it, using the template appeal then reporting this sort of result:thanks for that info,1st thing i was going to do was ring them...should i take any notice to the instuctions on the ticket? just follow the links? as i dont see the companys name on here UKPC...or are they all the same lol...cheers

I felt you were rude first, by not bothering to read the advice in the top thread. You think I spent my own time writing it for fun?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
