I picked up a 3 payg sim today, complete with the £15 all-in-one add on, to use on holiday.

I've registered online, but it's showing an expiry date of the 2nd September, rather than the 15th as expected.

Does anyone know if I'm just being impatient and it will sort itself out automatically, or have I got to fight my way through Customer Services?

Thanks,

    Thanks,

You could just send them an email (use the contact us on the website) and ask them.

Did you pick up the sim with the £15 already loaded or did you do it yourself today?

    Thanks d,

The £15 came pre-loaded. Online account shows right minutes, etc just the wrong expiry.

I'll drop them an e-mail, or pop back to the shop tomorrow.

Did they also add the All-in-One?

If they did, you would be better sending it back and just getting a free simcard yourself and adding the credit and converting to the add-on yourself.

Not if he didn't pay £15 - I know Amazon do pre-loaded sims for £8.50 to £14.50 depending when you look.
