T MOBILE (EE) Hidden Price increase

Have you checked your Tmobile bill lately we did and found my self witha 37p Price increase and the wife with a 60p price increase firstly the wife called to complain and was brushed off then I called to complain and got money back plus a unconditional reduction off £5 off my next bill and a Conditional dont upgrade and we will give you £2 off further bills then wife calls again and complains and gets £10 off her next bill plus money back why is this with such eas have they forgot to tell there customers of this increase and hidden it in there charges I wonder awaiting explanation to be continued.

    Which increase is this? If its the recent increase due to inflation then it was hardly hidden. It was even mentioned on the news!
