plusnet - paying line rental upfront offer

I'm trying to sign up to Plusnet using the link on MSE in order to benefit from the cheaper rate, but i cant see the option to pay the years line rental upfront on the sign up page - has anyone else successfully done this? can you point me in the right direction? There also doesn't appear to be any reference to the £50 cashback during the sign up process - anyone received this?

Line rental is under PHONE on the Customize your package page .

I signed up for this in mid June, the broadband was connected third week July after chasing and the phone on 1'st August. I had to call their helpline as I had the same problem.They are billing me line rental monthly as far as I can see although I have their confirmation of prepaid line rental, and I have a feeling I will have a battle on my hands for the cashback. I've sent a query and will post the reply.

All a bit of a shambles so far, and rather more difficult than BT to find a real live human voice.
