It's more general forum "etiquette" to start your own topic rather than post on old topics that have been inactive for some time - necroing old threads often causes confusion for other posters who don't notice the date and start asking the original poster for advice even if they've not been on for years

Are you sure it's Barclays fault, i.e. have Barclays actually admitted this? Or is it just a case of the CMC passing the buck? Generally speaking banks will copy FDLs to both you and the CMC.
