Hi
I rang three on 30th July in last month of my current phone contract. I wanted a sim only deal. In writing I got notification that contract starts on 6th August. In the meantime I have seen a phone and sim deal- also with three but sold through Tesco mobile, I rang to ask about cancelling within the 14 day cool off time and was told the contract started when I rang up on 30th July. It does say on the written details I had through I can cancel within 14 days but which date does this start from? I would have though the 6th as this is written down. Three say no its when I phoned up - what I have through is just the billing date but it clearly states contract start date 6th August- which means I am still in the 14 day cool off period. Not sure where to go with this now. Thanks.

Its 14 days from when you agreed on 30th of July.
