    Good morning everyone

Just waiting for a tesco delivery, it's lovely having the girls home to help unpack and put away :D.
I've stripped our bed and sorted out yet more washing....where on earth does it all come from! I'm not risking it on the line so I will be tumbling it. I will be making sure my DD11's new uniform fits her and then will be labelling everything this afternoon .

Our shopping trip was successful yesterday and I managed to find coats for DD11 and my granddaughter vastly reduced in the Trespass outlet store. I would never pay the original price mind you even though they are fantastic coats. We then popped along to Asda to get some school shirts and somehow a pair of unicorn leggings and some dinosaur tshirts fell into the trolley. I love spoiling my grandkids and it helps my eldest DD out too so win-win :rotfl:.

Before I forget Happy Birthday Donny-Gal, hope you have a fabulous day and also have a lovely holiday JackieO.
Take care and hugs for all xx

    Morning all :)

Donnygal- have a lovely birthday x

Jackieo- I hope you have a fab holiday! I've never been to the Isle of Wight, but I'd love to go - I want to visit Osbourne House.

Camelot- that must have been a particularly heartbreaking funeral, how very sad. I'm glad you had a good bit of day with you bonus shopping!

Ttftm- how did you get on at your appointment?

LW- I hope DH is on the mend

A rainy day here but wm is on and I'm hoping for a dry spell. DH has come down with an ear infection which is odd only a week or so after DS2 had one. They don't share towels, and I don't think there's any other way to "catch"one so must be a coincidence?

I have to take our rabbit Fluffy to the vet this morning for a teeth trim and his injection. It means I must rouse DD and get her to come with me to the vet, as he is very calm with her and loves her cuddles :p

I'm scratching around to plan my day so I keep busy and don't have time to "think" too much if you know what I mean. There's quite a few things I could do, but not many I want to do! I have been thinking about putting some items up for sale on Ebay, but I don't know how to work out what to charge for postage. The Royal Mail has a weight guide but I only have kitchen scales - do you think they are accurate enough?

I hope you all have a lovely day whatever you decide to do :)
Hugs to Molly, MrsMH and all in need x

    Hi everyone,

    Happy birthday D-G.

There's not a lot going on here. I am on the second day of my clean programme, I shall post here to try to keep me on the straight and narrow. So far today I've had a spinach, banana, apricot, raspberry and chia seed shake, which was nicer than yesterdays which was a bit earthy. I shall do something beany for dinner.

DH bought himself a folding bike - he says it will pay for itself by Christmas out of unpaid oyster fees. He can ride along the Regents Canal to work so at least he doesn't have to fight the London traffic.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Happy Birthday

    Donny Gal :bdaycake:

Enjoy your holiday JackieO you deserve it.

Had bad news re DH and posted on s hits the fan as it seemed appropriate.

We will be downsizing as soon as we can so need to spruce up the house to put up for sale. Trying to find a bungalow that will be easier to manage yet still have spare room or two for dds if needed.

DD is taking me out later to get paint to sort out the kitchen and dining room and maybe do a food shop while DH sees about giving away his chickens to a friend.

Trying to sort out as much as we can before we really need to.

Making DH lunch and then sorting out lunch for dds but have no appetite yet.

    Hugs to all.

    Afternoon All

Thank you for all the birthday wishes, I can accurately say I am 21 again today, for the second time IYKWIM.

Elona big ((hugs)) to you and your family. Just keeping everything crossed that the news next week can be hopeful.

Just popped to A$da to get some cake for half of my DGN&N and their Mum to pop down this afternoon, to have some cake with me. Have just had a phone call from DS all apologetic for it being late, but he remembered he said at 6.15 this morning, I said No Thanks that's far to early, but the. Has been working on a presentation he is giving at 2pm, which his CEO had deemed to casually sit in on, to show their interest. He had just stood up and said, "Oh! SH! T, it's my Mum's Birthday!! To which the rest of his colleagues laughed, and he popped out to call me. Not had a msg from DDIL yet, the card came in the post which these days does not arrive until after noon. DH bought me a card before we went away he says, but could not find it so had to go and get another one yesterday. I have a lovely silver set of necklace & earrings of filigree butterflies, which we saw in Chipping Norton whilst away.

Whilst in A$da saw some Bubble wands on sale for 38p instead of £1.50 so got a couple, the 5 year old will love them and the 12yo GNeice will also enjoy them for a short time with her brother and the he can finish them if she gets bored.

Skye is spark out, on the settee, hogging the cushions, she know how to make herself comfy.

LW, HS, Snoozer, Dandy, Dumpling, Judi and all others not I. The right place :grouphug:, spoons, positive vibes. Take care everyone. DG
