its not so much that i want 10 contactless cards lol. i am constantly trying to improve my options and credit history etc and i have improved and found different things annoying.

like i have a barclays cash card account - they have been good with my gf and regular offer her good banking deals. (longterm aim for my future)

i had accounts with santander and nationwide but due to holding up payments and constant it failure i left.

i get free cinema tickets with lloyds and cash £5 from halifax. they didnt give me a contactless cards so if i ever do manage to get one i see it as sign of improvement.

when you have made mistake in the past you learn hard to improve espechially when you dont realise it will be hard in the future to get back to a good level.

Whats wrong with having contactless cards? All mine except one has contactless I find it very useful for buying items below £20 as I just tap my card on a pin pad that has the contactless feature and go.

None of this I need to get my card out put it in the device, put my pin number in take out the card, put it back in my wallet and then I can go.

You may not find contactless appealing or useful but many of us do.
I think everybody does understand how contactless cards work, and what their benefits are. What's not so easy to understand are the practicalities of using half a dozen contactless cards at the same time. Like eskbanker, I am intrigued - I might be missing a trick somewhere and would love to learn new ways of operating.

i dont use half a dozen i have 2 cards. barclays and rbs that are contactless. i only use rbs for my work expenses sometimes good for contactless as its quicker and you get cashback.

My main account is lloyds club for bills which is joint with my gf and i am going to use the reward account for spending and £5 etc. I would like contactless ones with these for ease of payments really but a lot of places near where i work are busy and its a good future option for me personally. (all the other account above nationwide and santander etc have been shut)

To answer the original question. You probably won't get one by default but if you ring them up they'll send one out no problem.
