My son decided to leave school after his GCSEs, but changed his mind when September came. He was able to re-enrol back at his school for 6th form without a problem.0

Lots of students don't make a decision on where to go post-16 until after exam results. We never know how many are going to attend the sixth form until the first day of term - lots of students will apply to more than one place, accept more than one offer and then make their decision over the summer about where to go. So his story about not deciding until after results is perfectly feasible. Also chances are he has applied to his school sixth form and got an offer which is dependent on achieving certain GCSE grades - so obviously he doesn't know if he is going to be able to go or not until he gets his results.
Or.....he could be lying to you!0 -
if possible, how about arranging to go up there on Thursday next week and take him into school for his GCSe results.
Than regardless of how well he has or has not done, out for a meal?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
A novel idea perhaps but perhaps the two parents could have a discussion about their son ?I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0
