    There never is, that doesn't stop people finding out easily who that party is. Loads of cases get cancelled this way at retail parks.

    It's not impossible, it's usually pretty easy. Just Google the name of the retail park and copy the successes of all the people's cases I have linked here where I have put that the PCN was in a retail park:

    There is a single landowner and there's usually a managing agent which runs the place, all of which pop up for most retail parks when you Google the place (look for newspaper articles and retail unit Commercial sales stuff to find out who to email to complain).
