I want to keep my iPhone when the contract ends in a few months time. What deals and offers are available that I can take out on my old iphone?

Don't forget to get your iphone unlocked from your provider before leaving them.0 -
Before you start, you will need to check if your iPhone is unlocked.
If it is not, then *if* you want to move to a different network, then you will need to get your current network to unlock it (don't use another method, sometimes they don't work!) . If that network is Orange, then folks on here have said that they have waited up to a month!!
Maybe ask your existing network what 'SIM only' deals they can offer you?0
