Yep - the only other thing you could add would be a link to the byelaws to prove they exist (VCS once rebutted something about Liverpool Airport's byelaws by saying they didn't apply or some such drivel!). You can Google to find them easily.

Hi guys,
Just received my evidence pack yesterday, even though id read up on it still a bit overwhelmed by the 93 pages! they haven't done any calculations for loss of profit etc from what i can see, but just wondering the format in which i reply. Should i quote the passage they have sent and then answer it. Just listed them?
Any more recent information i need to know about,

93 pages for a poxy parking charge is freaking insane!
They obviously intend to overwhelm people with that blizzard of nonsense. In contrast your appeal and rebuttal will be succinct and to the point thus getting the assessor on your side from the off. I'd put in a line or two about the excessive evidence pack just to drive the point home if I were you.

Ok I'm no Poet, and this wouldn't work, so you need to do a rebuttal, but it might make an assessor laugh!

Im gonna try and get this sorted and sent on Sunday, i cant open the video they sent, i guess it is just my car on camera.
They did mention near the beginning that my appeal is an internet template! ooopppsss! what would be the response to that?

And their 93 page document presumably is a bespoke response, finely tuned to reply to and reflect your specific parking incident? Yeah, right.

It has no relevance from where it has been sourced - it's your initial appeal and they need to either accept and cancel the PCN or reject and issue you with a POPLA verification code.
