It's not what it is called that's important, it's why you are doing it that's important.boredofbeingathome wrote: »Back on the treadmill tomorrow."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Can't exactly claim a NSD today as the boiler has been fixed..ooh, ouch!
However, it still worked out cheaper than a 'Let us fix your boiler and charge an excess fee' company.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Well not quite, but a busy one:rotfl:
Scores on the doors for Grocery Challenge came in at £220. Slightly over due to a takeaway being bought on Saturday. I came back from camp exhausted and i wasn't cooking! Lazy blighters in the house had left washing up etc.:mad:
It's times like this i want a flat on my own:o:money:
Today was spent sorting out house and working in between-so added to the coffers. I also needed a new DBS check:o So had to spend £44 on that, but the good news is that it will only cost another £13 a year (after of course i paid this years fee and the £13 on top:mad::eek:) Talk about a good money making scam:cool:
Other than that, i am about to start October challenges.
Started to decorate and weather proof the house for Winter. Windows need sorting, so hope the weather stays good for the next week whilst that gets done. One thing i have learned is never rely on anyone else to get things done-so slowly working my way through the list.
That's about it.
