why has the tread been heavily edited?

Because PE send MSE letters complaining about people telling the truth posting possibly mistaken facts about them, and MSE just roll over and have their tummy tickled rather than tell PE to put up or shut up.

I think it's the OP who's deleted his posts. There was an interchange with me in October, but all that's left is a string of my posts with all of his gone.

There must have been about 40 posts removed. After all the efforts by regulars, makes you wonder what some people are on?

I don't think there's been any PPC/MSE intervention in this case.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Umkomaas and I did have a hissy back in October.

The reason the thread has been heavily edited is because Umkomaas said

"Unfortunately your thread is over 100 posts in size and no one is likely to be reading back over almost 3 months of inputs to try to get a full understanding"

(Which is something I agree with) so i deleted a lot of posts to make it smaller.

@Raph-y the car park is in Stockport (Victoria Mill), it's not a paying car park it is for residents who rent Mill Apartments. I drove my car in turning right into the gates which were already open and the sign was over my right hand shoulder. You can very easily miss it if you're concentrating on the road in front of you. Signs for no parking are broken, limited and hard to see in this place. I parked on the side and got a ticket. Cars park there nearly everyday with no problem.

As from hearing from them, I received another debt collect letter from another company, then when I ignored that, I received a letter from a solicitors which said long story short "may take action, payment must be received by Jan 26" think it was. Apart from that letter I've heard nothing since :(

    Hope that helps
