No reply from Emerson or PE - Also emailed the hairdresser who basically wont help saying they have NEVER know a fine be withdrawn ! Would you do anything else or sit and wait ?0

Not heard back from with Emerson OR PE -
New Letter from DRP reducing the payment to £96.00 which Im ignoring.
Is it normal Ive not heard from Emerson . PE should I just sit and wait ?

As this is PE I would not wait for court papers. I would complain again to the landowner. Ignore DRP but don't sit and wait for whatever PE have planned.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
