I was parked on Parking Eye car Park at xmas I went to the hairdressers and was 20 mins later that the 3 hours allowed - Didn't even know about a limit at the time.
Anyway after several letters from them with photos - I ignored all of them. Today I have a letter from a Debt Collection agency DRP.
Ive read on hear and realise I shouldn't of ignored the earlier ones - I think I may have disposed of them too.
Is there anything I can do please help they want £120 by 21/08/14

read the newbies thread, especially the debt collector section , then ignore DRP
but due to this being PE they do take thousands of people to court each year so you need to appeal this to PE using the template letter, then complain to the landowner and demand a cancellation
so ignore DRP, appeal to PE (even though its supposedly "too late to do so") and complain to the landowner asap
do all, today , asap, no messing about, no more time wasting
hopefully you will get a landowner cancellation0 -
TY Ive been reading and was thinking a letter to the land owner
0 -
yes, thats one task to do
but you still need to send an appeal to PE asap, even if its done online using the shortened template letter
ignoring PE will almost definitely lead to a court case if this is in england or wales
if it was E+W , then ignoring their letters was foolish as you wont be ignoring any MCOL or LBC0 -
Nervous - Sent the letter as advised online to PE.
Cant find the landowner details anywhere please can anyone help please and thanks.0 -

Why are you nervous - following advice on here will make this go away?
And we can't help with landowner details unless you tell us where you parked!0 -
the land registry is one way (but you pay for it) - another is google
naming the place may also help0 -
You Google the place's name...you then look for newspaper articles saying who owns/runs it, or retail unit adverts about who runs/offers units at the site.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The place was Cheadle Hulme precinct. I think Orbit are letting properties. There is now a large Asda there.
Ive not heard anything from PE but have another letter from DRP - Notice of intended court action I now have till 5/9/14 to pay.
I will now carry on googling and call the hairdresser to see if they can help with the landowner.
Im presuming I ignore DRP letters.0 -

already answered in post #2
ie:- await PE, ignore DRP , contact landowner0 -
Thanks again - I think the land is owned by Orbit / Emerson - I will try to email them.0
