Santander refer to their branches by the city name followed by a 2 letter code, they have a branch on Princes Street in Edinburgh so I would guess it's a withdrawal made at that branch. (Of course other banks might use a similar naming style). And if a customer is transferring to another type of Santander product in branch the cashier will commonly make a cash withdrawal and cash deposit as this is a quicker process than a transfer.
So my guess would be that the OP has gone into a Santander branch and asked to pay their credit card bill from their current account. But I could be wrong.0
