Should I be concerned? Phone arrived and tamper seal was broken and resealed with silver label.

Spot checks maybe? Or maybe they take pictures in case the customer claims an empty box?
Does the IMEI number match up between phone and box?0 -
Excuse is random spot checks. Does seem a bit fishy to me though I must admit,0

Seems quite understandable, as someone else mentioned, they probably also take a photo of the box contents before packaging to have proof if a dishonest customer tries it on.
Was there any network specific literature or a simcard in the box?====0 -
