llawnroc parking ticket appeal

    ok, but I strongly suggest you check the ownership of that road because Llawnroc cannot ticket you on a public road

    I'm guessing this was in Hayle and on a road owned by Hayle Harbour. If so it may well be covered by byelaws, and the OP has probably thrown away the "no keeper liability" defence by appealing before coming here for information.

    good point, in which case this other recent thread also applies https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5030550

    so maybe this "public road" is in fact port land and so not relevant land under POFA 2012 , not much use if the OP has outed himself as driver, but what he thinks is a public road may not be public at all if its harbour land with roads on it , same as southampton docks or hull etc (or like airport land such as JLA and RHA and Luton airports etc

    sometimes, all is not what it seems
