I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? I changed from payasugo to sim only monthly contract and ever since then cannot access my account online! This is still ongoing 5 months later! All they keep saying is we will raise a level 2 query BUT I cannot actually talk to a human about this, even the people I speak say they can't!!! It is doing my head in as I had no problems accessing online account with payasugo!! I have sent in an official complaint but still not responded.
Does anyone else know who I should complain to?

Do you mean you cannot access your account from any pc or just from your phone? If it's the latter, it may be that you have to change the APN settings on your phone because of the new sim only contract.0

I cannot access it fullstop! It does not recognie my number. Everytime I phone they say the same thing. Ok if it was fixd but 5 months is unacceptable, they agree but no one can do anything. Tomorrow, I will raise another complaint. They were charging me for having postal bills and I told them it was not my fault i do not want them, i want to go online. They are refunding me those costs. Also, they were charging me for non DD payment but I explained that I was i credit from Payasugo and DD would start when that was used so they have reimbursed me that!! Basically they were taking over £6 for nonDD and paper bills!! At least got that back. I just do not know what to do. Did tell them if not sorted I will change companies as I am fed up with it!0
