"Mobile world" asking me to recharge PAYG before I can get my PAC? is it legal.. as they are not allowed to charge any money for PAC code.. right now my balance is nil.. so they want me to recharge it for 5 pound b4 i can move out..

    t-mobile charged me £10 for changing from contract to PAUG, and then credit the amount back. i still think thats a rip off too. ill stay oln paug until i use the credit up.
