EE iphone offer £20 Amazon voucher

I recently signed up through this website for a new iphone with EE, the deal included a £20 voucher for Amazon. Although happy with the deal and the phone, I haven't received the voucher.

Does anyone know how I get the voucher? I have already contacted EE, and they have referred me back to this website.

Would be grateful for any assistance

Hi Kemik

The voucher takes 3 months to arrive from connection.

If it has been longer than 3 months, you can contact eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com with your order reference and order date and they can look in to the status of your vouchers.

I have also had this problem. In August I opened a contact with EE and I was meant to receive the Amazon vouchers within 3 months. I have tried emailing affiliate window but have had no response, I called EE and unfortunately despite being transferred to 4 different advisors no one could help. I have also tried messaging EE on facebook but this didn't help either.

Is there anything else I can do?

Vouchers for this campaign were distributed in August, did you receive your £20 Amazon voucher?
