Just receive the dreaded ID check letters from FD and they won't allow me to change mortgage unless I complete them.
Anyone know if it's possible to get HSBC to complete the certification if I go into the local branch?0 -

Yes, I did exactly that after complaining to FD over the phone.0 -
They're still doing this, then. Yes, you can do it in a branch, but sometimes you have to insist on it because they're reluctant to load additional work onto branches.0

I opened an account with FD, signed some documents sent them back and got a debit card few days later.
(NO ID CHECKS AT ALL?)
