    £17.18 from ebay this evening and my Asda shop arrived and the actual cost was -20p! :D It feels so good to have a utility room stocked up again knowing I dont have to spend for the foreseeable.

    I did pop to tesco today as I noticed that there were a few deals on some shopping apps i have on my phone;
    50p off Birds Eye veggie bites (redeemable 3 times)
    FREE flavoured water
    25p for shopping at tesco
    10p off Birds Eye veggie bites

    The bites cost 70p, making them 50p for 3 packets, minus the 25p for shopping at tesco and i bought it all for 25p!

    I love being a savvy shopper :D

    Im making an effort to up my income and i've revisited Bubblews. I joined back in March but really couldnt get on with the site, it was so slow and kept crashing. Ive started up again and making a real effort to make money on there as I hear of so many others making big bucks!

    If you fancy connecting with me, this is me;

    http://www.bubblews.com/news/5783000-whats-the-best-social-media-platform

    Its an easy site to use now, write 500 character posts, connect with others and watch the money coming in. When I rejoined 4 days ago I had $4, now I have $20. Not huge but Im still in the early stages. There was a woman yesterday who had 1600 likes just from one post- thats $16! Everyone that liked the post had to view it as its the only way to like, so she earned $16 for likes and another $16 for view...thats not even counting comments! I bet she was able to cash out with that post alone! Cash out is set at $50.

    I dropped him off at school and walked around the town until it was time to collect him, looking for work. Determined to not go home until I found something, I went into every shop, bar, office, fast food chain asking for a job....and I got lucky- a restaurant needed immediate staff so I started the very next day.

    Fast forward 5 years and now I look after my finances. I was never in debt, I just couldnt find work and that spiraled. So I dont have unnecessary things, I dont have Sky, I dont have finance, no debt, earn extra via surveys/glitches and I shop cheap and cook frugally...because theres 3 of us now ;)

    Not that I want to be contrarian in my first reply :-), you didn't get lucky, you made your luck:T, sometimes it is just a case of being determined and sticking to your guns. Really pleased to hear that you are in a better place now.

    TT 93p :)

    Ive made about £35 on ebay today and still waiting on another buyer to pay.

    Didnt hit bubblews payout last night as their notification system crashed. Only $2.50 to go though so will be done today :)
    EDIT; Hit and cashed out, payment due 20th sept.

    Im supposed to be going away for a few nights with my sister but shes ignoring me. Im very close friends with her ex partner and she dislikes that we're friends to the point shes disowning me. Ive been told to stop the friendship with him but im just not that type of person to pick up and drop friends. But then do I have a moral obligation to my sister? Whatever happens, Im not the only loser in this.

    Your sister is behaving badly, she needs to grow up a bit! I'd say to her that she shouldn't force you to choose between two people. As to if you have a moral obligation, that's down to you. One person's moral barometer is different to the next.

    I have no family at all, so for me friends take precedence!

    Well done on the money saving BTW. I had a look at APG, too much effort for me:o, Tescos price promise is as far as I get, though I need to trek to Sainsburys as I have some vouchers.
