  • Limes = G&T with lime - or key lime pie. You can freeze slices of lime just like you can lemon, or squeeze the juice into ice cube trays and freeze it that way then you can just dump one in a) a drink b) a soup or stirfry or whatever needs two teaspoons of lime juice.

I had 4 mojitos last night and used 4, sliced the rest up and will use them as ice cubes as you've suggested. I had to play a bit of freezer tetris and found a bag full of sliced limes! :D :rotfl:

Thank you very much :) I'll write you out a PM and send it a bit later. Have a read of the Elite thread to get the jist of things as it can be quite confusing in the beginning.

£105 won on a scratchcard last night! :j
    £10 ebay sale

I treated the boy to a movie last night so whilst we were in the shop beforehand, buying sweets and a drink, I had the urge to buy a scratchcard. Blimming glad I did! :D It made the film extra good (although Intersteller couldnt have been much better!) Theres a bit where they reached space and can hear nothing but silence, the whole cinema is deadly quiet....and then my phone rings! I was so embarassed, I put it on silent beforehand but it must have switched back somehow in my bag. :D

A couple more APG shops in the bag and Ive resorted to using my second fridge (that is turned off) as a cupboard! I cant stop though, I will kick myself if I stop early. Theres another week of the offer left so I hope theres still enough stock for me!

I have 34 pizzas in my freezer! Dr Oetker Ristorante pizzas have codes for £1 and £1.50 vouchers inside them (its has a 'Save £10' sign on the box) and their pizzas are £1.50 in morries and asda so free pizzas! I have only ever bought 1 pizza so the other 33 were free! :D

    £8320

    £16.17 tcb payment
    £30 ebay
    £3 pinecone

6 days have passed since I last posted, how did that happen?!

Things have been moving steadily financially. Nice 'bread and butter' sales on ebay that have been keeping me busy but i would like a couple of the bigger priced items to sell :)

Pinecone is quite busy at the moment so waiting on them to come through.

I hired out a Rug Doctor from B&Q for £22 and did the whole house over the weekend, the carpets are looking a vibrant shade of cream all ready for the xmas decorations this weekend :D I always put them up the day before Advent as I make the kids advent calendar. This year the treats have all been bought for free using wombled receipts from Asda to get APGs :D Free chocolate!
