sky reneging on voucher promise

Having received martins money tips e mail.06.08.2014.Martin advised if you are an existing sky customer and upgraded to take the full sports package you would then have your unlimted broadband discounted down to £0.00.for 24 months and you would receive £50.00.M+S vouchers.Having followed the link from martins e mail and done by required date sky are now saying they know nothing about it and no vouchers would be sent.
This is typical of sky.
Anybody else had this problem????

I don't know the whole ins and outs of it, but when you click a referral link (like the one in Martin's email) your visit is tracked from the source website. If you have software that protects your privacy or blocks adds (such as Addblock) it can interfere with the tracking process.

Any company will get out of paying for anything they don't have to.
