I'm referring to Broadband and Line Rental, something I didn't touch upon in my original post because I only really wanted to gauge whether I was paying too much for my TV package only.
My BB/LR bill is very clear and I'm overpaying at the moment because despite signing up for the 2 years free Broadband a few weeks ago, for some reason Sky didn't process it. I've since decided they've done me a favour, inadvertently, because if they had processed it I'd now be in an 18 month Sky Talk contract.0 -
There are some really good BB and PH deals out there if your not happy with what you pay now. I use to be with BT and they have the 2nd worst CS just ahead of talktalk. Even if I didn't have the offers I have with sky theres a good chance I'd stay with them as they have very stable BB for my area and the CS has always been good.0
