  • First of all, good luck.
Secondly, have you explored financial mediation ?
It is not to do with your relationship/divorce but may help to come up with a financial arrangement that all are happy with.

A search engine should give some pointers or Citizens Advice.

    Good luck, Bob

Hopefully we can get it sorted without involving more solicitors. Divorce is an ugly business something I never thought I'd have to go through but guess I need to get my hard head on rather than the I loved her for ten years head and not let her walk all over me, I'm trying to keep things happy but it's going downhill fast, she knows how much it's going to devastate me being apart from the kids and not seeing them everyday and really don't want things to get out of hand and end up only seeing them at the weekend, that would really kill me but I need to stand up for myself and protect myself too. Very sad state of affairs.
