They didn't get an exemption as such, it's just that driving licence endorsements were excluded from the reforms so most motoring offences keep their old rehabilitation periods, whether for insurance purposes or for any other purposes.nah, insurers managed to get an exemption from the latest version of the rehabilitation rules

Which does mean that a speeding ticket now has a longer rehabilitation period than an 11 month prison sentence for (insert serious crime of your choice) but hey, I didn't make the rules.0 -

I tried this a few months ago but as I had a paper licence there was no access. Presumably the new version updates how the records are stored or accessed.You can see what they have on record for your driving licence at www dot gov dot uk/view-driving-licence It works for paper licences as mine is one.

No, I mean online. Pre photocard driver details may have been on a database but they weren't accessable to drivers or insurers. They are now being made available online.Lol. online? You mean on a computer database.
