I too have received a letter this weekend after 4 years of nothing glad to hear I am not alone I still have all the original paperwork and was advised by my local MP not to pay years ago so will wait for my next letter

I too have received a letter this week from Rossendales regarding a PCN issued by Excel from approximately 4 years ago so feel relieved to know it's not just me! Wasn't sure if to respond in writing or just to ignore as initially I'm worried about someone just turning up on my doorstep.
