You can also add, under "No Keeper Liability", that your vehicle was never parked (this is the infamous Uxbridge bus lane, right?) therefore keeper liability does not apply as POFA 2012 Schedule 4 is specifically concerned with parking and not with "stopping/waiting/picking up/dropping off".

The same points should also be the subject of complaints to DVLA, the ICO, and ultimately your MP because the PPC is breaking the DPA by requesting data for a purpose other than as stated in their agreement with DVLA.

Yes this is just off the Uxbridge bus lane at the end of the road there is a little car park which is apparently stalked by criminals preying on innocent mistakes to make money. Thanks for this, will include this in the submission.
  • Thanks for all the feedback and the reassurance that this is in good shape. All has been submitted along with evidence photograph and fingers crossed this will be the end of it and they can stop harrassing for money by deliberately trying to trap people!:money:
