Another success story here guys, My notice has been cancelled and I have it in writing.

Couldnt post my alarming issues with the evidence pack as I wanted to be sure I was correct. They haven't admitted either way but my PCN was cancelled.

I sent an email to POPLA claiming that I was refusing their evidence pack on the grounds that out of the 10 pictures shown of all their signs around the car park, only 6 of them were genuine. They had just reposted the same photos on 3 of them and repeated one twice!!! You could see the wall markings etc, and it was quite obvious they were just duplicated.

Also they still never gave me 28 days from the code generated date.

I also told them in the last email why I was there and it was business related and I had photos of the store visit that took place on that day. Maybe I should of gone down this route at the start, but It all got a little bit too involved.

Thanks for everyone's help on here, if you can be patient and do the extra work, then it pays off in the end.

Oh dear - so at the eleventh hour you:

- told POPLA who was driving(!) despite the appeal wording deliberately not admitting that, in the template

and

- told POPLA why you were there and details of the store visit (all sadly, pointless mitigating circumstances that the Newbies thread warns you not to use!).

If you had gone down the latter route in your POPLA appeal and only talked about the store visit and why you were there, you would have lost!! But you won, well done, because you used our arguments about loss, so all's well that ends well!
