Lumina 625 specs

Any of you knowledgeable folks help me out with specs?

I need to know, does the Nokia Lumia 625 & the Samsung Galaxy A3, consist of the following?

Invert Colours
Font Adjustment
Zoom
Dictation
Siri
Voice over screen reader
Speak Selection
Assistive Touch
White screen background

Where? In camera?

I am pretty sure all smartphones have such apps available.

Siri

Is it not for iPhones? Other platforms have similar app. It's another question how good are they (including Siri)

Sounds like features that would be useful to a visually impaired person, if that is the case then android phones have had accessibility built into the OS for some time and anything new running Android should have this. Not sure if windows phone on the Lumia has any of these features though.
