I contacted FD Friday about the non payment and they told me some one would contact me Friday or Monday...it never happened so I logged into online banking and used a secure message to complain about the non payment and that they have not returned my call
I received my £125 today and an apology in my secure message inbox0 -
They seem reticent to pay the £125. I had a similar experience to you. In the end I messaged them and told them that as far as I was aware I had fulfilled all of their criteria and that if the £125 wasn't going to be forthcoming then I'd close the account. It arrived a day or so later with an apology.ronbell101 wrote: »I contacted FD Friday about the non payment and they told me some one would contact me Friday or Monday...it never happened so I logged into online banking and used a secure message to complain about the non payment and that they have not returned my call

To be frank, I'm not that impressed with them. When I message them they give me answers to things that I haven't asked about but don't answer what I did enquire about.0 -
I got paid my £125 well within the 30days, no contact required on my behalfSwagbucks - Apr 14 - Nov 19PayPal £1745 Amazon £2285 John Lewis £170 Mastercard £3800

I have not yet had my £125 (to be fair it has only been just over a month since the transfer happened). I have sent a Secure Message querying it and will update when I hear something.0

My account switch occurred last month but I only satisfied all criteria on the 1st of this month when my bills came out via DD so they've still plenty time to pay up!0

I switched about 5 weeks ago and met all of the criteria. No £125 incentive paid yet so I've sent them a secure message.0
