First Direct not paying incentive

I transferred my account in mid-June using the account switching service. In mid July I hadn't been paid, so queried it and was told there was a 14 day payment cycle and I would be paid within 28 days. I was credited with £100 this week, but having used the £125 link (they had confirmed £125 incentive when I originally queried it) I've had to query it again.
I won't switch again as I've found their service very good, with phone calls answered quickly by 'real' people, and they've already saved me quite a bit on my overdraft costs compared to Barclays' new 'clear' fee structure!0 -

They have no way of telling if a payment to your account is a salary or income therefore any incoming payment of £1k or greater will qualify.0 -

I've satisfied all their conditions including moving at least 2 direct debits, if that was indeed required, and I've not yet got the £125 bonus. It may be time for me to query it.0
