I must be doing something wrong, where are you getting free lunches from?

Don't forget the pens (and don't tell the FCA)

Hm. Just looking at my cool Exeter Family Friendly sack/bag type thing. I hope no-one finds out about it.

I was given a pen by Kensington. Unlikely to curry many favours from me though due to two things; firstly I would rather lend the clients the money myself than place any business with them, and secondly, it broke the next day.

I do however have a nice 'BM Solutions' paperclip house staring back at me whilst I type this. I've placed two cases with them in the past 12 months...

You have to declare pens and lunches to HMRC?

I remember getting a napkin off halifax... I have no idea what their thoughts were on that one. Exeter Friendly do have the best pens... I think I have only used them once. They used to have them plastic coffee cups for the car, they are pretty good too.

The 2 & 3 are to follow based on performance although there's nothing to stop you booking them yourself.

Sorry Keekles, this was on the first page - do Countrywide allow people to advise with just CeMAP 1?

Most of the Lenders should provide me with a urinary catheter if you get my drift.

If they are going to remove it, one would hope they'd find a less uncomfortable method.

Yes sir. Believe it's the same practice in most large EA chains.

There are restrictions such as only being able to advise in branch - can't do home visits etc.
