Sold the wrong size

Options
I bought 2 bras from a local retailer in a sale due to her relocation. I askedfor a particular size. She bever asked if I had worn the brand before, nor did she explain that she was selling me a diffetent size due to the way that brand fit. I had worn thebrand before, therefore knew my size. She did ask me to try it on but I declined, knowing I had a si ilar one at ho e and the size was right. When I tried the bras on later that week I realized it was wrong.

I have contacted her and she explained that she gave me a bigger size due to the way it fits and is insinuating it is my fault since I didn't try them on. Why wouldi need to if I know the best fitting size in that brand? I originally asked for 2 bras in the correct size. She is saying I'd need to pay full price for them. I thrn asked for a refund. She is saying she doesn't give them. Fair enough if I had made the mistake but she sold me the wrong size bras under the guise of being my size. Am I just out of luck or should I be given a refund?

Thanks!

Now if it had of been knickers I would have bought them but bra's don't do a lot for me if I am honest with you unless there is something in them.
