met parking fine

i have just received a parking charge notice for £60 for over staying my parking time at burger king stanstead just of m11 i never saw any signs and no staff said any thing after reading about these scams i will not be paying this fine let them take me to court thats if they want to pay out to do that ,i have read up on google about it and its not legal

    1 - it is not a fine
    2 - don't ignore it
    3 - read the stickies

    In the meantime, it would be useful to gather evidence proving that there were no signs displayed, or were unreasonably small and/or hidden.

    Simply claiming "I never saw any" won't wash.
