a damp towel will get the bulk of it off. Especially the new, eco water based paints.

You will get a bit of paint off - but they seem to come off as residue and not flake off.

I don't sweat like you seem to do, but I do sweat a lot on my head/face in bed at night. I have found that if I put a towel over the pillows before going to sleep, I don't seem to sweat and it actually cools me down, which sounds weird, but it really works

Have you tried a Chillow or something similar. Chillows are gel filled, but I bought the water filled version for a dog and it was really cool , even in hot weather. However, unfortunately, it didn't last long a sprung a leak, but this shouldn't be a problem with gel filling.

Oh God Teddysmum, don't start me off about pillows ! lol

I have gone through 8 sets of pillows in the past 8 months, I am a nightmare with pillows. They have to be a certain type, weight, bounce etc. I must have spent £300 on them this year. I have just found a set which is 'OK' but already they have started to get that clumping effect, which gets a little dense and then it starts hurting my Ear.

And people wonder why me and my OH, sleep in seperate rooms ! lol

    Thanks anyway
