As above you can get 5% on £6500 of that money and 3% on rest. It might be taxed but you'll still beat any ISA. If rates improve next year you can still put it all back in.
4% on the rest, actually, in the Club Lloyds (which also holds the key to a 4% regular savings account, for any additional savings. Although the First Direct Regular Saver beats it with 6%).0
