Okay thanks for the reply's one more quick question, I'm currently on esa for Depression Please no nasty comments. I was working and had to quit my job because things got to hard Suicidal thoughts, no sleep, and anxiety take a big tole on me. I know i will most likely fail ATOS, But what are the chances of me passing my Appeal? The medication i am on make me rather much unable to function on a morning also, until late in the day.0

The situation with ATOS is far better than it was. One of the reasons the assessments are taking so long is that their reports are audited, so in effect your details are checked twice. Then it goes to the DWP Decision Maker, who will see all the evidence, including everything you submit. Their decision will be made on all the evidence, which is why it is important to submit your own.
How to i submit my own information For the past months the only thing esa have received off me is sick notes.0

When you send your ESA50 off, (the form I mentioned above) you send any information in with that. For now, they just want sick notes to say that in your doctor's opinion, you're unfit for work.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

I wouldn't assume you will fail the WCA (remember it is not ATOS that make the decision) - I have helped several mental health claimants and all have been passed without even having a face to face assessment.kieran1234 wrote: »How to i submit my own information For the past months the only thing esa have received off me is sick notes.
As above, no need to submit more info until they send the ESA50.0

Hi just a quick question. How many people do you know that have received 0 points at a ftf and still been awarded ESA and on the other scale how many people do you know who have scored over 15 points in the ftf and have not received ESA.0

i thought you had to get to get 15 points to get ESA
 no points no ESA

I can't put a number on it but have seen people qualify for the SG with 0 points under the exceptional circumstance descriptors. I am not aware of anyone that has been awarded 15 points but not been awarded ESA, that is not to say they do not exist though.0
