I'm wondering if, the NTK means that original PPC may try to claim that the original appeal was never received.
However We have an automatic email response saying thanks for your appeal!

As a flipside, there was a comment earlier that you should make it clear to the PPC that they have trespassed and have no right to patrol your space.
You might want to consider whether you want to do that, as there could be a future situation where somebody nicks your space, and they might serve as a deterrent.
Either way, just follow the process and jump through the hoops to clear the ticket (speculative invoice) regardless of the rights and wrongs of it.
And also complain like heck to the leasing/management company(ies) involved.
That's what I'd do, anyway.0
