My question was very simple, but I still don't see what difference can Visa/Mastercard make if we know the bank, UK or foreign. Neither I see what difference can it make if we don't know the bank.0 -

Come on, with your experience you must surely know that there hasn't been a personal account customer BACS transaction since the end of 2011. Isn't it time that we got past even mentioning BACS unless we're referring to Direct Credits?0
