Thinking of using house network online to advertise our and hopefully sell our property.
Did a search and found a few great reviews on here but they were mostly from a few years ago.
Anyone recently sold with housenetwork?
Any promo codes?
Many thanks!

I've just messaged you with a promo code..
I thought they were great - they did good photos - it took a while to get my head aroudn the pictures- you have to check that you have the pictures you want on your brochure - their website and the right move site.. (at first I didn't realise this) ..
I also got a better 'front of house' picture (with a blue sky... ) It wasn't HN fault that the sky was dingy on the day they came.. if you live there take more photos your self..
The only thing you have to do is be happy to do viewings.. HN Held my chain together.. and did everything that a normal agent would do
Good luck0 -
Just signed up to sell online using housenetwork..... will keep you posted.
£534 including VAT instead of the £2050 using high street agents.0 -
I;ve sold using them and they are brilliant.
If anyone needs a promo code - I have one - just PM me.0 -

I don't see how the EA is slowing things down, if you have had an offer accepted.Je suis sabot...0

I thought they only operated in England and Wales... not Scotland.
No doubt you'll tell us if otherwise.
Visum not for you, then?
You'll need a solicitor for the legal work. Solicitors sell property in Scotland, where they don't in England. It might make more sense to have everything handled under one roof.
Have you asked a local solicitor for a quote?0 -

The messages takes days to get through. Here are the solicitors details; contact to arrange valuation; contact to arrange survey; feedback on survey...0 -

Decided not to go with Visum as I could not find a single review! Found many positive reviews for House Network.
Yes, I assumed they operate in Scotland as nowhere said they didnt!!
We already have a solicitor to do the legal part of the sale/purchase.0 -

Their website lists regions where they supposedly have listed properties, but click on the links and there's none.
Argyllshire
Dumfriesshire
Midlothian/edinburghshire
Ross-shire
Scottish Borders
Can you tell what's wrong with the first, third and fourth, and why this might make Scots folk mistrustful of them?0
