I received my parcel after about a week - really pleased, nothing leaking, well packaged - apart from my tigi catwalk hairspray which for some odd reason doesnt spray :-(.
I may return it -but tbh the return postage will cost more than the product.

I placed my order on the 6/8 and have never received it! I did receive confirmation emails to say that the products had been dispatched, I emailed only to not receive a response so I then called them yesterday to receive a response today via telephone to say the goods had been dispatched however these must have been lost in the post.

I placed a decent sized order so was surprised that this was only sent via royal mail 1st class post, how did other peoples orders arrive? I have now been told I will get a full refund.......wonder how long that will take.
