My orders arrived and I was very disappointed to find it is nearly all very old stock and not the items pictured on the website. The root boost for example has been reformulated and repackaged, the newer "Your Highness" root boost is pictured and is much nicer than the old blue cans I have received.
Same with the Fashionista and Headshot shampoo and conditioner.
Not happy at all.:(

To be fair it does say that packaging may be different, they are selling older packaging at knock-down prices, would you prefer to pay full price for prettier packaging? I wouldn't..... :money:

The Fashionista was £8.00 for the duo....the new packaged items are also shown on the website...£33.95 for the duo...

The Headshot was £10.00 for the duo....same size with new packaging £33.95 on website

The root boost was £1 for a very large can...£10+ to purchase elsewhere

I purchased all of these items and am MORE than delighted with the savings....and the packaging they came in

It's not just a case of different packaging. The products have been reformulated and are therefore different products. For example the new Fashionista has violet toners in both the shampoo and conditioner to brighten dull & yellowing blondes. The new Root Boost is not as sticky and does not weigh the hair down as much.
I'm a hairdresser and have been using Tigi for many years. I'm disappointed that I was led to believe by the pictures that I was buying the newer products (which incidentally ARE being repackaged, that's why I thought they were being sold off!)

I placed my order on Monday and received parcel on Saturday without having received any emails at all even to acknowledge my order. Hopefully your order will arrive soon.

I never recieved a dispatch email and my items arrived yesterday...... Covered in serum and conditioner!

Can't get hold of any one on the phone!

My products arrived very quickly but one bottle had leaked and as has been mentioned before, the Fashionista doesn't have violet pigment in as stated on the website (and in the product name on my order form) which is the whole reason I purchased. Sent an email but received no response. Called yesterday and was told someone would call me back but no one has yet. Great deal, poor customer service.
