  • My order arrived 2 days ago. My postal address, but someone else's name on it!! It contained exactly what I ordered inside the package, but it makes you wonder at the security of our details if they make c*ck ups like this. The product is fine, but I'm not sure if I'd trust them again in the future.

    Oh dear, This is what I ordered as I usually use a purple shampoo, whats its selling point if it has no violet?

    Mine arrived today (I had to go to collect it from the post office and took me ages :P)

    The shampoo from headshot leaked so I've run it under the shower and hope not too much came out. The things I bought for gifts were in a separate plastic wrapping so luckily they're fine :)
    New to this money saving lark. Any tips greatly received.

    Another disappointed violet fashionista here- its still good value but i bought it as always use a specific shampoo for blonde hair after i have my highlights done and this is just colour safe rather than enhancing.

    Has anyone had any luck with Regis?

    Checked in the Regis salon inside Birmingham Debenhams today - there was not a sale area but picked up a pack of the Fab girls finish first pack - with shampoo one, conditioner and a sculpting spray - priced at £26 I mentioned the sale to the assistant and when she checked the pack did show up as sale so got that to keep in as really like the Paul Mitchell products.

    If anyone is after the sale range worth checking in Supercuts and Regis salons including those inside department stores as they may still have reduced packs.

    Well my order arrived this morning and I was very happy with the shampoo and conditioner I ordered but have just used the Paul Mitchell finishing spray and it sprayed for literally 2 seconds and now won't spray atall, so disappointed, I have rung Regis who are phoning me back ?!

    We just wanted to provide a quick update to those of you who are still waiting to receive your orders. Though we aim to dispatch all orders on the day they are placed (or next working day if placed on a weekend), some packages have unfortunately been dispatched a few days later due to the high volume of orders we received during our clearance event.
