That one in the link looks good, the only 'hassle' would be mounting the GPS aerial, which ideally should be on the roof, which means perhaps drilling the roof panel (warranty?) But that outfit there in Droitwich, appear to effectively ensure that the new unit is as factory fit, plus with the addtional features , should be good to go.
