Don't get caught up in in necessary scenarios. Didn't know about the T&C - but good luck explaining to Ebay it was shipped on. They are clowns.
Mailbox etc have a shifty way of fooling ebay (not hard).
Say your box number is 235.
You can then put:-
Mr Smith
Flat 235
111 Piccadilly,
Manchester
M1 2HX
The ebayer will deny to the hills he/she does not live there.
And lets face it - buyer opens claim to return - Ebay just say yes.0
