Prescription: Can you tick IS if you get ESA?

I'm sure on either the JSA or IS box, it does mention ESA too.
Actually he was right, he sent me a whatsapp picture today, it does look confusing there is no mention of ESA on either of the boxes. By the way this is a NHS hospital prescription, but he has got his medication, his dad went with him. I thought I was working today it turns out it was a bank holiday and I didn't get the memo nice pleasant surprise though.

Interesting. I am sure on mine (non-hospital) it does mention ESA in the same statement as JSA.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

It sounds like the hospital are using out of date stock which is a bit naughty because the only valid versions are now the ones dated 0608This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

It's definitely a very old version of a hospital prescription form as one of the categories of exemption listed is that the person "has a partner who gets Minimum Income Guarantee (MIG)". MIG was replaced by Pension Credit in October 2003.It sounds like the hospital are using out of date stock which is a bit naughty because the only valid versions are now the ones dated 06080 -
Last time i had a hospital prescription, when i as ESA they didn't have a box for esa then, in fact the pharmacist seemed cluseless when i tried to explain what esa was, i ended up paying for it then having to try and claim it back. This was in 2010 so a few years after it had been introduced. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
